Our first international café is opening its doors on the 26th March at 6pm! Join our virtual café to learn things about Switzerland, while cooking a Swiss dish.
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200g waxy potatoes
- 75g diced ham (Speckwürfeli; optional)
- 2.5dl vegetable stock
- 1dl cream (Halbrahm)
- 125g pasta (Älplermagronen or Penne if you don't have Älplermagronen)
- 30g grated cheese (ideally Gruyère)
- apple purée
We chose an easy dish on purpose, so even the inexperienced chefs of you will be able to follow along ;) Feel free to invite your flatmates too!
