Hello everyone!

This Wednesday, you'll get the chance to learn how to cook a Swiss dish: Älplermagronen!
It is a classic, that Swiss people love to eat (especially for lunch when skiing).

This event will be held online. We'll share a link for the Zoom call at 6pm.
Hannah will then show you how to cook Älplermagronen and afterwards we can eat them together. Feel free to invite your flatmates as well. And don't worry, we chose a simple dish, so even the inexperienced chefs of you will be able to follow ;D

Here's the list of ingredients you'll need (recipe for 2 persons):
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200g of waxy potatoes
- 75g of diced ham (Speckwürfeli; optional!)
- 2.5dl veg stock (vegetable bouillon)
- 1dl cream (Halbrahm)
- 125g pasta (Älplermagronen or Penne)
- 30g grated cheese (ideally, Gruyère)
- salt
- pepper
- apple purée
